"The website was a bit frustrating to use"
The site works, but honestly... it wasn’t the smoothest experience. Pages loaded a little slower than I expected, and finding what I needed took longer than it should have. The menu on mobile felt kind of messy too, like I had to stop and figure out where to go next. I almost gave up before checking out. It just needs some cleaning up, I think...

"Shipping Took Longer Than It Should’ve"
I ordered from pit-bull.com the shipping was just... okay. Like, my order did show up eventually, so it’s not like it was a total disaster, but it took a few extra days longer than I expected. And don’t even get me started on the tracking, it barely updated, so I was just sitting there wondering where my stuff was. Not the worst experience ever, but if you’re in a hurry or need something fast, this probably isn’t the place I’d count on.

"Return was simple, exchange took a little while"
I returned an item recently, I think it was sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and the return part was really easy. The exchange did take a bit longer than I expected, but support got back to me and eventually sorted everything out.

"A little pricey for me"
The items looked nice overall, but the prices felt a bit higher than I expected. Then once shipping was added, it was kind of hard for me to justify the total. That said, everything did seem decent quality, so maybe it’s just not the best fit for my budget right now.

"Reeeally like the vibe"
The site looks super clean but still kinda tough, which fits the brand sooo well. The clothes have a nice streetwear feel, and the colors make everything easy to browse. It’s not trying too hard or being overly fancy, it just works really good.

They had the size and color I was looking for, which was great. I just kind of wish a few more items had been in stock too, you know? Overall it was a good experience, but I feel like having a bit more available would make it even better

"Decent quality, but I expected a bit more"
I ordered a hoodie and a pair of joggers from pit-bull.com, and overall it was an "okay" experience. The hoodie is actually nice — it feels solid, warm, and the stitching looks good so far.
The joggers weren’t quite as impressive. They felt a little thinner than I expected, and after one wash the color faded a bit. Not a total disappointment, but for the price I was hoping for "better" quality. I might order again, but probably only if there’s a sale.

"Customer support went silent on me"
I emailed twice about my order and didn’t hear anything back for days. It’s really frustrating and makes it feel like nobody is even checking the inbox. At this point, I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a proper update, because being left hanging like this isn’t okay.
